By Road:

• Take Central Artery North to Mystic River Bridge to Route 1 North.
• Take Route 1 North to Route 128 North.
• Take 128 North to Exit 22 - Route 62 East toward Beverly.
• After a mile or so, at Global Gas Station, take a soft right off of Route 62 onto Bridge Street.
• Follow Bridge Street for about a mile until it ends, and take a right onto River Street.
• Take the second driveway on the right, which is marked Desmond Yacht Yard, and park anywhere along this driveway (even under the No Parking signs).
• The main entrance to the building is 60 River Street. You may feel like you're in a machine shop or factory. Take the stairs up to the Third floor.

By Rail:

• Take the Newburyport/Rockport line to the Beverly Station. We're adjacent to the Beverly Depot. Visit the MBTA site for Schedules and Commuter Rail Information.
